The Form S-1 is the form that companies must fill out and file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) before an IPO. It’s also called the registration statement or simply the S-1.
Companies that want to go public have to disclose various information on the S-1, including how much they want to raise, how they plan to use the funds, their business model, pricing methodology, and their financial statements.
Signing up for Pilot is easy. We think once you experience truly stress-free financial processes, you won’t want to go back.
